Working with Estona

Estona provide a clear and accessible service, and keep clients informed and involved throughout the site development process. You will be assigned a single point of contact who will be there to serve you during and after the contract delivery. We typically work via a series of consultations, agreed targets and reviews. A structure for the development of a basic web site solution may be as follows:

Step 1: Initial consultation to discuss requirements and provide a quotation.

Step 2: Signed agreement and deposit received by Estona to confirm the order.

Step 3: In depth consultation to establish the content and structure of the site.

Step 4: Keyword research by Estona. Keywords are given to clients at the beginning of the development process as they must be included in site copy where possible.

Step 5: Development of graphic design. There will be a couple of iterations of the graphic design with amendments made in response to client feedback. Final approval of graphic design by the client.

Step 6: Development of navigation shell. This is available for testing by the client before for approval before progressing to Step 7.

Step 7: Supply of copy from client or copywriter. Addition of Information and page layout. Keyword optimisation completed.

Step 8: Presentation of site for review by client. Amendments made in consultation with client.

Step 9: Sign off meeting. On receipt of final payment the site is published and submitted to the Search Engines. Our tracking system is added if required.

A typical turn around time for a basic site is two months, although we can and do work to shorter timescales on request. Our database development work is conducted much in the same way as outlined above, with the key being close consultation with the client.
